ENCAPSULED is your compassionate, friendly, & knowledgeable pharmacy consultancy service.

We encapsule medication services for both patients and for health professionals.

FOR PATIENTS

We bring personalised medication information, education, and advice right to your home. Our services include issuing absence from work certificates via telehealth, conducting Home Medicines Reviews, answering your questions, and providing customised medication information.

ENCAPSULED is not a pharmacy that dispenses medications, (we will leave the dispensing of your prescriptions to your community pharmacy!), ENCAPSULED is not a drug representative who sells medications, nor are we a drug company who makes medications.

We are dedicated medication experts focused on offering you tailored advice and comprehensive education to support your health and well-being.

FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS & BUSINESSES

At ENCAPSULED, we provide a range of specialised services for health professionals and businesses, including medication-related consultations, Home Medicines Reviews (HMRs), professional development, and health promotion content creation.

For doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers, we offer expert advice on medication-related questions through telephone or video appointments. Our Home Medicines Reviews are designed to help patients understand and manage their medications effectively, minimise harm, and ensure optimal use. Funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care, these reviews are provided at no cost to eligible patients.

Our professional development services feature tailored education sessions for you and your team, crafted to fit your specific needs. We also love partnering with health professionals to create dynamic, engaging content for health promotion.

Whether you're looking to enhance community wellness or develop vibrant educational materials for social media and programs, we’re here to support and collaborate with you.
